How does a purchase order work?

During an introductory meeting we look at your housing needs and the possibilities. Are we a good match and do you choose an expert purchase estate agent from Van de Steege at your side? Then we can start right away!

We will create a search profile based on your housing requirements especially for you. This way you will always be well informed about the latest offers on Funda and you will be able to request a viewing quickly.

Have you found a house that you are enthusiastic about and would you like to view it? Then we can view the house together. This is recommended at the beginning of the search. This way we can determine the wishes and preferences even better. Another option is to first view the house yourself. Are you still enthusiastic after the viewing and do you want to make an offer? Then your purchasing estate agent will also visit the property.

As soon as you want to make a bid, we will first discuss the height of the bid. This way we can prevent you from paying too much. We will also discuss the possibilities of buying (without) financial reservations.

Has the seller accepted your offer? Congratulations! The next step is signing the contract and selecting a notary for the deed of delivery.
