Sell your house in 4 phases

A successful sale starts with an initial meeting. A sales plan is then drawn up which you will receive within 24 hours. Do you have any questions about the sales plan? We are happy to explain these. Phase 1 is concluded with the signing of a service contract.
Before the house is for sale, we pay attention to the photography of your house. Our photographer provides professional photos with which we make more potential buyers interested and persuade them to make a viewing appointment. More potential buyers increases the chance of a higher bid. When the photos are ready, you as a seller get the chance to look through the application. Do you agree? Then we can register the house! The Van de Steege sales sign is placed and Magic 50, the neighborhood mailing, is distributed.
The sales tactic is determined together with the sales estate agent. Viewings are requested and appointments scheduled. We will of course ensure that you remain fully informed and that you receive feedback after each viewing. After the viewings, the bids follow, after which we come to a verbal agreement.
The final phase starts with the signing of a preliminary purchase agreement. This gives the buyer time to arrange the financing. A bank guarantee/deposit is also provided. Then the moment is there: pick up moving boxes at Van de Steege and pack it up! The sale officially ends with the transfer of the home and aftercare.
