Commercial office employee
Voor onze organisatie Van de Steege Makelaarsgroep, vestiging Zaanstad, zijn
wij op zoek naar een accurate en vrolijke collega voor 24 uur per week! Een
enthousiast iemand met een flexibele instelling waarbij commercie hoog in het
vaandel staat. Voor deze functie zoeken wij iemand die niet in paniek raakt van
een paar telefoontjes tegelijk, die zelf ook wel een idee heeft over hoe effectief
te kunnen werken en iemand voor wie collega’s graag een kopje koffie of thee
willen halen.
Heb jij aantoonbare commerciële werkervaring en bij voorkeur op het gebied van de
makelaardij? Ben je klantgericht, beschik je over administratieve vaardigheden en kun je
zelfstandig en nauwkeurig werken? Ben je klaar voor een nieuwe uitdaging waarin je
samen met je collega’s onze marktpositie kunt versterken? Dan ben jij degene die wij
zoeken!
Your work consists of:
- Informing (potential) clients
- telephone handling
- email and postal handling
- calendar management
- various administrative activities such as correspondence, brochures, drawing up deeds and contracts, invoicing, etc.
Job requirements
- sense of commerce
- flexible, service-oriented attitude
- team spirit
- Able to work accurately and independently
- Extensive experience with MS Office and possibly Realworks
- minimum MBO+ work and thinking level
- excellent command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing
- no 9 to 5 mentality
