Our brokers and employees help people make one of the most important life decisions. In addition to a lot of responsibility, their care goes out to the customer. With help from the central organization, the branch director in turn provides good guidance, support and direction to these professionals. In addition to your work as a broker (and appraiser), you ensure that processes run smoothly, objectives are achieved, the service level remains high and the team is working with passion and pleasure.
What does a branch manager do?
As a branch director you guide yourself in the purchase and sale of houses. You are also responsible for your location and the team. You follow the numbers and anticipate the results. You motivate, coach, guide and take care of the employees in the office. You monitor the representative appearance and maintain business contacts. When there are changes, you introduce and implement them and you ensure that a process runs optimally and to the full satisfaction of the customer. Where necessary, you initiate improvements yourself, with which you can even help our entire brokerage group.
We are looking for this!
An enterprising type who, like all our employees, sets the bar high. An experienced NVM-certified (K)RMT person who is available full-time, prefers to leave valuations to someone else and has a passion for buying and selling. Someone who is social and helpful. Someone who can instigate change and lead the way!
